Boey / Eat Right Not Less!對抗疫情後遺症

生完BB後,因為想堅持餵人奶,所以日日都食好多飯、飲好多湯水增加奶量,體重亦隨之急速上升,好好彩4個月前認識到NutriLife,令我可以繼續keep到全人奶之餘亦可輕鬆落磅。⁣ ⁣ 記得見Gloria既時候,我第一句就同佢講,我係飯桶,一定要食飯,同埋我成日食外賣,好難抽到時間成日煮飯。Gloria叫我放心,因為一定會令我食飽飽,同埋可以繼續出街食!結果我每一餐都真係食得好豐富,而且仲令我嘗試咗好多新食物。⁣ ⁣ 當初選擇NutriLife,係因為見到呢度既營養師同我一樣都好為食,仲會介紹會員周圍去享受美食,好鐘意呢度既營養師同會員好似朋友咁,成個氛圍好輕鬆,呢4個月黎減肥減得真係好開心同好enjoy呢個過程。⁣ ⁣ 經過呢4個月,我終於學識咗“You Are What You Eat" 呢個道理,亦明白到原來減肥係 Eat Right, Not Less! 係呢度想衷心多謝Gloria, Wendy!
