聖誕將至,最啱飲一杯暖笠笠嘅熱朱古力。不過,熱朱古力出名較高熱量,令減肥人士卻步。Nutri Life 營養顧問中心旗下營養師,就有5款懶人必備低卡可可沖劑推介!

 

據Instagram專頁「Nutri Life 智悅營養顧問中心」,註冊營養師李珮璇(Wendy)表示,咖啡店售賣的一杯熱朱古力,熱量有將近300卡,比吃一個漢堡包更肥!想避免墮入肥胖陷阱,她推薦5款低卡熱朱古力沖劑及可可粉,只要加熱水冲泡即可飲用,且每杯熱量最多80卡,實屬懶人減肥必備恩物。

 

而在5款減肥朱古力奶中,Wendy私心推介「G&B Cocoa 可可粉」,因其朱古力味特別香濃,配搭麥皮、奶昔都非常出色。

 

 

⁣另外,Wendy教路,如果想控制體重同時補鈣,更可以自製低脂低糖朱古力奶。方法是用1湯匙熱水,拌勻1包代糖和1湯匙無糖可可粉,再加入熱脫脂奶即可。⁣
